Little Owls Daycare has a warm nurturing environment covering known activities with open-ended play.

There is a vegetable garden demonstrating to children the importance of caring, whether this be our environment, our material items, or others. 

Sandra likes to enroll children of similar age or interests or she feels the current children would gain by having the new child with them. 

Sandra loves working with children and just adores their inner beauty, she assists children to have a go and see what they think, at any activity. Joining in with activities to model her own experience with activity. Sandra engages with the children to talk building vocabulary and strengthening their skills. The week is programmed to vary activities to the children's interests. 

The environment is forever changing to assist the children of diversity. Making sure each child feels included in our space to help with anxiety. 

Sandra holds a diploma in early childhood education and won Educator of Excellence in 2018 and has been nominated every year. 

Sandra has also registered with Southern Cross University to study graduate diploma in 2024
