My Name is Rita Khaushu and I have obtained an ECT qualification in Early Childhood and Care. I have a great passion for working with children and through my role as an educator, I wish to offer support to families and children at my service. The goals that I have set for myself as a family day care service are as follows:

• To continue to ensure all children are provided with an equal opportunity to play and learn in a safe environment.

• To work alongside my approved provider 24/7 Family Day Care in creating and implementing relevant and meaningful curriculums that benefit the children’s growth and development and support children’s interests.

• Continue to build and maintain respectful and meaningful relationships with children and families at the service.

• To reflect on current practices and procedures within the service to ensure we continue to grow and achieve the utmost level of care and education.

• To ensure that children are made to feel seen and heard in a safe and nurturing environment where I will to the best of my ability help each child to achieve their milestones.

I am so pleased to welcome families into my service and get to know each family individually.
